ESG

(E) Environmental, (S) Social, (G) Governance

Our Sustainability Strategy

Environmental, Social and Governance criteria are a set of standards for a company’s operations that help them act in a more socially conscious way.

Environmental criteria consider how we impact the planet, including our energy use, natural resource use, waste generation and pollution.

Social standards examine how we manage relationships with our employees, suppliers, customers, and the communities where we operate.

Governance deals with our leadership, pay, internal controls, shareholder rights, and transparency.

Eurosonic Group is proud to have a three-pronged Sustainability Strategy that covers the core areas of ESG. This strategy is used to shape our operations, helping us make meaningful changes across the business and build a more responsible, future-focused organisation.

Responsible Sourcing

and People Management

Build a robust and transparent supply chain by ensuring that firm Ethical Sourcing requirements are met by any production site we use. Protect the health, wellbeing and safety needs of our people and those involved in our supply chain, both at home and abroad. Ensure the leadership of our company steers us towards equity and inclusion and that we cultivate a positive culture within our workplaces.

Considerate Design and Material Use

Consider the product integrity of what we create and how it will affect the end user. Design our products for durability, repairability, and recyclability as well as energy efficiency, and increase our use of recycled materials. Encourage our consumers to participate in repair, refurbishment, and recycling programs in order to support a more circular economy.

Proactive Management of Resource and Energy Consumption

Ensure we include recycled, recyclable and more sustainably sourced materials in our packaging wherever possible. Evaluate all our operations in order to optimize our resource consumption and reduce our Carbon Emissions. Measure the waste generated across our sites and evaluate opportunities to reduce, reuse and recycle, whilst encouraging our supply chain to do the same.
